Welcome to The Inns at Blackberry Common. Our two beautifully restored inns sit in the heart of Camden surrounded by lovely perennial gardens. Just 3 blocks to the picturesque harbor, filled with Maine windjammers and historic schooners, we welcome you to stay and savor all that midcoast Maine has to offer.
Known as Camden's garden inns, Blackberry Inn and The Elms B&B sit side by side on over an acre of gardens, including a blackberry patch and herb garden. Blackberry Inn is an 1849 Victorian and the Elms, one of Camden's oldest homesteads, is an 1806 Federal colonial. Each features elegant, but comfortable parlors with restored tin ceilings, original plaster moldings and inlaid flooring welcome guests to gather or enjoy a quiet read by the fire.
Choose one of 18 individually appointed guestrooms, each with private bath. Luxury custom made linens, quality furnishings, fireplaces and air conditioning insure your comfort. Whirlpool tubs and fireplaces for extra pampering!

A multi course breakfast is served daily in our breakfast room or on the patio. Fresh herbs, local produce and berries from our garden are featured in daily menu. Our own Blackberry blend of roasted coffee and a selection of fine teas starts your day. Please tell us of your special dietary needs at check in.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
If you must cancel your reservation and notify us at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is made less than fourteen days in advance of arrival date, we regret that we are unable to give a refund.

Our inn dog, Gretchen, is happy to welcome other small and medium sized well behaved doggies in carefully selected rooms. A fee of $20 per night is charged.
