The downstairs area of the bed & breakfast features a large living room and a library filled with games and books.

The living room is ideal for family gatherings or meetings, with lovely hardwood floors, a large fieldstone fireplace and ocean views.

Maine Coast
The spacious breakfast area overlooks the water and includes individual tables for intimate dining. Enjoy a healthy Maine breakfast with many choices to satisfy the palate. Also the refrigerator in the breakfast area is always filled with refreshments and complementary tea, coffee, juice and soda are also available throughout the day. In addition, each private room has a small refrigerator for our guests’ comfort.

The grounds of the Greenleaf Inn bed & breakfast are located just steps from the harbor’s shops, restaurants, and waterfront. However, should our guests want to do some additional sightseeing along the Maine coast and Boothbay Harbor, we also provide bicycles and mopeds. Lest you think we are landlubbers, we also offer kayaks that our guests can put in the water just across the road.

The Greenleaf Inn bed & breakfast has 5 spacious bedrooms, with an ocean view, private phone, cable TV, VCR and refrigerator, and private bath, with breathtaking hand painted murals.

Four of the five rooms have fireplaces and three rooms have private decks overlooking the ocean.

All of the guest rooms have queen size beds and several contain an additional twin size bed. We also have a two-room suite with a separate sitting area.

The Greenleaf Inn bed and breakfast was built in Boothbay Harbor, Maine in 1849, and has been tastefully restored and furnished with a combination of comfortable antiques and wicker. Every room offers stunning views of Boothbay Harbor.
