Main Deck - For Breakfast or Anytime
Delicious homemade breakfasts made from fresh local ingredients are served in our sun-filled breakfast room overlooking the harbor. The living room's stone fireplace provides the perfect backdrop for meeting new friends and gathering with loved ones. And the 180-degree view of the harbor from our third floor deck is an ideal location to greet the morning, toast the sunset, or gaze up at a magnificent ceiling of stars.

Ocean View Sitting Room
Delicious breakfasts are served in our sun-filled breakfast room, fireplaced living room, and deck overlooking the harbor. The boat docks are also just down the hill from the inn and visitors may select from a variety of ocean-going pleasures, all of which provide a most enjoyable method of observing the rock-bound coast and islands for which the area is famous.

Captain's Lady
Captain's Lady is located on the second floor of the Welch House, and has an outstanding view of the harbor from its two windows. Captain's Lady has a king-sized bed, a private "en suite" bathroom, a gas fireplace and air conditioning. All of our rooms are smoke-free, and amenities include telephone, cable TV, and VCR. For rainy days or cool evenings, choose from our extensive collection of movies and settle in for a cozy stay.

China Trade Room
Our comfortable guest rooms all have private baths and king, queen, or double beds, A/C, and VCRs. Twelve of our fourteen rooms boast breathtaking views. Each room, with its distinctive décor of beautiful antique and reproduction four-posters and sleigh beds, is designed for your comfort.

Navigator Room
Navigator is a seasonal room located in our "Sail Loft" building, and has a excellent view of the harbor. Navigator has two double beds, a private bathroom "en suite" and air conditioning. All of our rooms are smoke-free, and amenities include telephone, cable TV, and VCR. For rainy days or cool evenings, choose from our extensive collection of movies and settle in for a cozy stay.

Crow's Nest
The Crow's Nest is located on the top floor of the Welch House, and has views of the town and the inner harbor. The Crow's Nest has a queen-sized sleigh bed, beautiful marble-topped antiques, a private bathroom "en suite", and air conditioning.
