Nestled on 2 acres with 690 feet of shore frontage, the inn is an informal and unhurried place, a house in tune with the natural environment of Bass Harbor. Yet this secluded inn is located on the edge of Acadia National Park and only a short distance to Southwest Harbor, Northeast Harbor and Bar Harbor with their shops and restaurants.
Ann's Point Inn offers a unique combination of warm hospitality, grace and subtle elegance. Choose from 4 spacious rooms all decorated in a way to bring the natural beauty of the landscaped gardens and rugged shore inside. All rooms in the house have sweeping views across Bass Harbor. Check-in hours are between 3pm and 7pm. If you require a late check-in please contact us prior to your day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your plans may change. However due to limited number of rooms we require a minimum of 14 days notice of any cancellation prior to date of arrival. There is a $25.00 processing fee for each cancelled room. Cancellation after the 14 day period will result in forfeiture of deposit unless your room is rebooked.

Deposit Policy:
|

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Stays of less than three nights require a one night deposit. Stays of three nights or more require a 50% deposit.
There is a two night minimum stay required during high season.
