Built in 1903, the Inn originally housed the wealthy summer visitors to Mount Desert Island. It is located on a quiet, residential, tree-lined street. You'll be away from the traffic of busy Bar Harbor, yet within walking distance of attractive boutiques, intimate restaurants and the surrounding sea.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will refunded, minus a $25 fee, if cancellations are made up to two weeks before your intended arrival. If a cancellation occurs within two weeks of your intended stay, deposits will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee if the room can be filled.

Deposit Policy:
A one day deposit is required on all reservations for two or more nights, balance is due on arrival. We have a two night minimum stay throughout our season, with a three night minimum on Holiday weekends.
