Maple Hill Farm InnGet away from it all; yet be near it all at the Maple Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast. We are located on 130 pastoral acres of rolling fields and woods, and just four miles to I-95 in Augusta,Maine.

Moose!
There is lots of wildlife on our 130 acres, and you might be lucky enough to see a moose, like this pair on our property. Great birdwatching since we have a great variety of habitats. We have a pair of cardinals year round, a large flock of wild turkeys that cruise by every evening. Don't forget our barnyard menagerie of llamas, sheep, goats, pony, cows, and lots of chickens!

Wind Turbine
Much of our electricity is generated with an on-site wind turbine. We have been awarded an "Environmental Leader" certification by the Maine Dept. of Environmental Protection, as well as the "Governor's Award for Environmental Excellence"

Front Of The Inn
The original structure and carriage house were built in 1906, with several additions in recent years to provide modern amenities including private baths, phones, cable TV, individual heat & cooling control, and extra soundproofing. The expansive front lawn has huge maple trees providing wonderful shade all summer long (this is not a photo since the maple trees interfere with the view of the inn!)
