At Maison D'Memoire Bed & Breakfast Cottages of Rayne, LA we offer distinctive accommodations with irresistible Cajun charm and ambiance. Our lovely Lake Charles bed and breakfast features private cottages described as tranquil and very romantic. Our delightful guesthouses are located in the heart of "Cajun Country" in Rayne, Louisiana approximately one mile from Interstate 10 and only 15 minutes from Lafayette, Louisiana.
Our serene Cajun Country cottages are situated on 20 secluded acres, where the atmosphere is warm and personal and one can count the blessings of a country weekend. Our guesthouses feature a full kitchen, private sitting porch, indoor Jacuzzi for 2 (in some cottages) and we will deliver a delicious full breakfast to your door each morning to enjoy in the privacy of your cottage suite!
Our beautiful Rayne, LA bed and breakfast features a special events center, equipped to host gatherings of up to 150 people. Come and celebrate in a picture perfect setting, ideal for small weddings, anniversaries, class reunions and other special events. The peaceful surroundings provide a picturesque location for times long remembered; one of those rare places that seem to have it all.

Should you need to cancel and notify us at least ten days in advance of your date of arrival, we will be happy to refund your account less a $25 handling fee. No refund if cancellation is made within the ten day cancellation policy, and a charge for at least one night's room with tax will be imposed. No-shows shall be charged for the entire amount originally reserved. |

What a wonderful way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! The Garden Cottage was very romantic, with the jacuzzi and the sound of the rain on the tin roof very pleasant. Lyn has decorated the cottage with all sorts of antiques, and just looking at all of them was enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast Lyn brought to our door the next morning was fantastic! We would recommend this B&B to anyone. Enjoy!

(1) Ken and Lyn are very nice people, and gracious hosts. (2) M d'M is in a great location for visiting the Louisiana Cajun Country, and (3) Ken & Lyn serve the best B&B breakfast we've ever had.

My husband and I wanted one night "away from it all" and this is our place to do it! Quiet, beautifully tended, every detail of the cottage, landscape, and gourmet breakfast shows that our hosts are truly gifted to please. We have been there three times, so it has become a tradition that we look forward to once a year--wish it could be more! If you love peace and solitude, beautiful surroundings, charming, Cajun decor (which stirred my husband's childhood memories), coffee on the porch, sole fellowship with your dearest, and a scrumptious breakfast delivered to your doorstep (at a pleasant hour), this B&B can become part of your romantic tradition, or just a quiet refuge from the madding crowd. Lyn also knows the balance of being available and warmly friendly, yet unobstrusive...the perfect hostess!

My husband surprised me with this wonderful weekend for our 12th anniversary. It was a wonderful treat, the accomendations were fabelous and the atmosphere would make anyone fall in love all over again.

I'm not sure what happens when we go to the "Autumn Cottage", but all I can say is it is "Special", We celebrated our 27th anniversary there, and just recently our 29th also. It's "our special place" and I know we'll be back again. Our son just got married in February and our daughter-in-law is talking to him about going for their 1-Year anniversary. My husband and I had talked about how neat it would be to pass this tradition down to our children. I think he will go since he heard that we got to "fish" in the pond that's on the property!! God has blessed us !!! I know we'll be back ! God is Good !!!!!

These little cottages leave nothing to be desired in the way of comfort. The intimacy and privacy that each affords is worth every effort to get there. The innkeepers have given every eye to detail so that you will have the most romantic time of your life.
