Eleven fireplaces grace the home, including two in the parlor which feature Italian marble mantelpieces. In each of the other rooms, a unique cypress mantel adds its own distinctive flavor to each room's ambiance. Original cypress millwork and transoms exist throughout the home, which is comprised of a front and rear wing, each with a separate staircase. All guest rooms are located on the upper level.

The Groom's Room features a queen-sized Cypress panel-door bed, hand-crafted from two of the home's doors that once connected this room directly to the servants' wing. This plum-walled room carries a masculine theme with decor including weapons dating from the Civil War.

Solarium Suite
The Solarium Suite offers luxury accommodations for an intimate stay for two or can be combined with the Bride's and Groom's Rooms for group or family vacations that sleep up to six. A stay in this suite transports you back to an earlier time in New Orleans.
