The Inn is located in a quite and safe residential neighborhood with corner coffee shop. There is plenty of street parking available; or make arrangements to park in our secure gated drive. Sunburst Inn, Built in 1905, features a front porch with a private entrance leading to a beautiful double parlor living room and bedroom suite with adjacent private bath.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM, we allow early check-in when there is no other guest checking out of the same accommodations before you. Please ask in advance, we'd be glad to hold your luggage until the room is available if an early check-in is not available.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 12:00 PM we do allow late check-outs if there are no other guest checking into the same accommodations. We'd be glad to hold your luggage for you if a late check out is not available.
Cancellation Policy:
For non-holiday bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least two weeks prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 administration fee. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if less than two weeks cancellation notice is received. For all holiday period bookings, notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in date for a refund of the deposit, also minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds are given for shortened stays.

We have a dog which stays in our area of the house, he's very friendly and loves to play ball. We also have two cats staying inside/outside of our living area.
