Southern Comfort Bed & Breakfast is located in the Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans. You can easily hop on the historic St. Charles Ave. streetcar and head "downtown" to the French Quarter, Convention Center or the D-Day Museum or head "uptown" to the Audubon Zoo and Tulane and Loyola Universities. The Garden District and great shops of Magazine St. are only blocks away.

This charming center hall cottage offers affordable, spacious and well appointed guests rooms and a lush tropical garden. Cancellation Policy:
For non-special events: Changes in your plans must be made fifteen (15) days before your arrival or the deposit is forfeited. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Cancellations within required time refunded minus $35 cancellation fee. For special events (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Sugar Bowl, New Years Eve, Christmas and Graduation). Changes in plans made forty five(45) + days from the arrival date will be charged the deposit. Changes in plans made from 1 to 44 days prior to arrival will forfiet the total reservation. If rebooked, will only be charged the deposit.
