All guests will have access to the beautiful living room and dining room in the main house. The spacious guest rooms each have a private entrance and bath and each are furnished with antiques and a queen-size bed.
In existence for over 150 years, this neighborhood has many fine examples of various types of architecture from the period, single/double shotgun houses, French, Creole cottages, Greek Revival, and Victorian. There has been a resurgence of renovation and restoration in the area. You will enjoy walking to the French Quarter and seeing how new paint has brought life to a very bohemian collection of houses, shops, restaurants and music clubs. |
