Sully Mansion Bed & Breakfast Inn of New Orleans offers romantic, luxury lodging in the historic Garden District of New Orleans. The historic mansionm, designed by Thomas Sully in 1890, has eight rooms, ranging from an intimate bedroom to large suites all with private baths. The B&B has fourteen foot ceilings with original plaster medallions, wide pine plank flooring, a large wraparound porch, antiques and many special touches which embody the grace and charm of a bygone era yet with all the modern-day conveniences. We provide great accommodations for a romantic getaway, vacation, or the business traveler.

Surrounded by magnolias and live oaks, the neighborhood is filled with Greek revival mansions and nineteenth century villas. Our guest are just steps away by streetcar from the French Quarter, Central Business District, Loyola and Tulane Universities, Audubon Park, the shops and boutiques of Magazine Street, world-famous restaurants and music clubs. For Mardi Gras we're located on the Mardi Gras Parade route just steps away from the shopping on Magazine Street.

Check-in time is flexible but please let us know if you plan on arriving prior to 1:00pm or after 10:00pm.

11AM Luggage can be stored for guests leaving the city later in the day.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be secured by a credit card or advanced deposit. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of one night’s charge (room and tax) per room reserved plus the cancellation charge if we are able to rebook the room. If we are unable to book the room(s) the cancellation fee plus 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
