What a beautiful Inn and great Innkeepers. Joe & Bebe were welcoming and helpful to a first time visitor to New Orleans. The room was ample for my stay & wonderfully appointed. Located right on the streetcar line & with off street parking, it made navigating around New Orleans a breeze. Can't wait to come back and visit.

This place was wonderful! Rooms were large and extremely comfortable. Joe and Bebe were excellent resources for all of the offerings in the area. The home was gorgeous, sits on the street car line, minutes to the French Quarter. This was much better than staying in a large impersonal hotel. Very quiet, best sleep we ever got outside of our own home. We will be staying here again!

The Avenue Inn B&B is conveninetly located in the Uptown area of New Orleans, 20 mins away from French Quarter by street car (stopping in front of house), close to Magazine Str. shops and restaurants. Joe and Bebe, the owners, were particularly caring and helpful with great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. A home away from home!

Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast is a very special place in a very special city. It continues to be a "must" for our family in our frequent visits to New Orleans. Our most recent stay was in May 2010. In the four years we've been staying there -- one of the only courageous inns to open post-Katrina almost 5 years ago when our son wanted to visit Tulane University -- the service always is efficient and kind. Even after all these years, we were still greeted with a delicious home-baked still-warm cookie. Everything was, as always, in order so that we could get right to our room after heavy travel. And the rooms – each one is light, airy and beautiful. Joe and Bebe Rabahn really care about their guests. To us, they are like family. That is how you feel when you arrive and when you leave. That is why we and so many 9others always come back.

My wife & I love to travel, but we had never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast. A friend recommended the Avenue Inn. The Inn exceeded our expectations. Joe & Bebe were very helpful and friendly. The Street Car runs and stops right in front of the Avenue Inn. Just minutes from the French Qrt. or the World War 11 museum.

The inn had the perfect location! We went to visit Tulane and see the French quarter. There was a trolley car right in front of the inn that took us to both areas. The inn islocated in the garden district about 1 mile from Tulane and 2.5 miles from the French quarter. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Joe and Bebe were very hospitable. Would definitely stay there again!

Avenue Inn has a terrific location with easy street car access to the French Quarter. A lovely walk in either direction down St. Charles Ave. The place is full of character and interesting artifacts. The proprietors are friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They helped us find a great gumbo restaurant our first night in town. The place is safe, clean and very well kept. The sheets smelled lovely. Everything is well cared for and thoughtfully done with the guest in mind. We give it a top score and would stay there again!
