The Bryant's were WONDERFUL! It was my husbands birthday and Jane spent a week emailing me to make sure every detail was perfect. They served us a candlelight dinner in our ROOM! It was beautiful, very romantic and the best meal we have had in a long time. We enjoyed wasting away the evening on the balcony in a swing then of course I took a bubble bath in the claw foot bath tub! Breakfast was wonderful as well, our entire experience was perfect and my husband is still bragging about his wonderful birthday weekend!

We really enjoyed our visit. We were near places to eat, and yet it was quiet and off the betten path. The inn keeper was super in helping us locate a house of worshilp. The breakfasts were top of the best. My husband wants to go just to eat breakfast! It was comfortbale and clean. We left refreshed and renewed. South of Shreveport, LA and easy to locate.

Cook-Hill was fabulous! The accommodations were excellent and the hospitality of the staff was terrific. Rarely do you find a B&B with this much history. I slept like a queen in a beautifully decorated room. I will recommend this B&B to all my family and friends. Thanks Edith and Judy!

Edith was a wonderful hostess, very friendly and easy to be with. She provided a delicious, home-cooked breakfast on our schedule. The bedrooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable! Lovely, quiet and restful.

Cook-Hill House in Grand Cane, Louisiana is a great place to stay if you're needing a quiet get-away to really rest, relax, and recover from the pressures of life. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.
