The hostess Rosalie and her associates are the most gracious and sociable group I have met at a B&B.

Peacefull setting. Rosalie is the perfect hostess. The suite we stayed in was very private. It is so close to Keeneland race track also. Enjoyed it!

I was made to feel at home from the first e-mail till the day of my departure. Rosalie the innkeeper, Jane, Angie and Chris accepts one as if one has always been there. Rosalie s friends were so great I even left town one day late ( without realising it). Seeing a movie four months later, made in Kentucky, just let the memories flow back. And if you are a horse person, Swanns nest is for you. They know all about Keeneland, the who's who and the who wants to bees. ( even had a stake in Unbridled, a KD winner!) The atmosphere is so great that with all the talking and sharing of the guests at breakfast, I hardly ever left the house before 9.30 am. I met people from Phoenix and Britain, politicians, attorneys, auditors and industrialists (hey suzie!) doctors. From my heart,Thanks Rosalie and friends, it was a life experience I want to repeat some day.

This was the first B and B I had ever been to and I was very pleased. It is located in a beautiful part of Lexington. If you like horses this is the place to go!! We were just minutes away from Keenland and spent alot of our time there. It was a wnderful experience. We were able to wake up and drive right to the mornig work out's. Rosalie was a terrific lady. She made us feel right at home. She was very helpful with directions and giving us suggestions for sight seeing and meals. If I ever return to Lexington I will definetly stay at the Swann's Nest!!
