Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are given if cancellation occurs seven (7) days prior to date of arrival with a $45.00 cancellation fee. During special events fourteen (14) days required (Keeneland Race, Kentucky Derby). If later cancellation or no show happens one (1) night fee is charged.
