Check-in is between 3:30 pm and 6:30 p.m. Early arrivals may be accommodated, depending on occupancy, if prior arrangements are made with the Innkeeper. Late arrivals can be accommodated, with notice, until 10:00 P.M. PLEASE, NO CALLS OR UNEXPECTED ARRIVALS AFTER 10:00 P.M out of respect and courtesy of other guests and the Innkeepers.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be accommodated on request depending on occupancy.

Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25.00/room/night administration fee. Cancellations 7-14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire 50% deposit unless the room is re-booked at which time the deposit less $25/room/night will be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival require the full reservation value be charged to the credit card provided when making the reservation. ANY AND ALL re-scheduled reservations require 100% responsiblity of the Guest's obligation for payment, regardless of advance notice of cancellation or further re-scheduling of dates

50% of rental fee (minimum of one-night charge) is due at the time of reservation. All deposits must be guaranteed by a valid credit or debit card. The balance is due on departure and may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Deposits for special event packages (Kentucky Derby and Breeder's Cup) are specifically unique to each event and are posted on our website.
