This southern style plantation mansion far surpassed my expectations. I stayed in "My Old Kentucky Home Master Sweet" it was by far the most elegant place I have ever stayed. It was truly a value too, with a beautiful mahogany bed, sitting room, marble jacuzzi and marble shower. The entire mansion was spotless, with not even the silk flowers showing a speck of dust. The gourmet breakfast was far above my expectations as well. Blackridge hall is truly one of Americas best bed and breakfasts.

A wonderful place to make memories. Exquisite Victorian decor, beautiful rolling countryside. Jim likes to show off his antiques. He also arranged a great dinner at the Coach House in Lexington - recommended. We're planning on going back.

Staying at Blackridge Hall was a wonderful experience. Mr. Black was a terrific host. He made us feel so welcome in his home. The breakfast was also as wonderful as the hospitality. I highly recommend Blackridge Hall.

The accomodations were exceptional and the food was delectable. Jim Black was a true gentleman, and a fine host. He truly values his guests and made sure our every need was met. We are looking forward to our next stay and will recommend Blackridge Hall to all our friends.

Blackridge Hall was peaceful and elegant. The owner was thoughtful and accomidating. It was a great getaway.

Absolutely fabulous home, food, and of course the wonderful host, Jim Black. He is so friendly and outgoing. Will definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!
