We had an excellent stay! The b&b was beautiful and the atomsphere was so relaxful! The food and hospitality was wonderful. Mr. Black is an excellent host who goes out of his way to make you feel at home and to meet your particular needs. He is also extremely knowledgable of the history of the area and locations of interest to visit. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

This southern style plantation mansion far surpassed my expectations. I stayed in "My Old Kentucky Home Master Sweet" it was by far the most elegant place I have ever stayed. It was truly a value too, with a beautiful mahogany bed, sitting room, marble jacuzzi and marble shower. The entire mansion was spotless, with not even the silk flowers showing a speck of dust. The gourmet breakfast was far above my expectations as well. Blackridge hall is truly one of Americas best bed and breakfasts.

A wonderful place to make memories. Exquisite Victorian decor, beautiful rolling countryside. Jim likes to show off his antiques. He also arranged a great dinner at the Coach House in Lexington - recommended. We're planning on going back.

Staying at Blackridge Hall was a wonderful experience. Mr. Black was a terrific host. He made us feel so welcome in his home. The breakfast was also as wonderful as the hospitality. I highly recommend Blackridge Hall.
