We loved this place. Me and my hubby stayed here for a romantic anniversary getaway and could not have asked for more. We stayed in Preecia's Velvet Hideaway and felt like we were in our own little romantic world.
When we arrived we had a couples massage and then enjoyed a picnic on the front porch. Miss Pat's food is to die for. We were very relaxed and it was nice to just be able to concentrate on us.
There was a huge selection of current new dvd releases available to view on the huge flat screen t.v. in our room. We enjoyed our stay at this establishment 100%.
Breakfast was excellent and I even bought one of Miss Pat's cookbooks and some of her homemade granola. I know for certain what I will be asking for in the future for my anniversary. A trip to the Lyon's Mansion, I couldn't have enjoyed my stay anymore. |

Miss Pat is wonderful and will help you with anything you may need while your in town. From wondeful directions to scheduling Pedicures, massages and even restaurant help. Miss Pat's Breakfast's are DELICIOUS!!!!! We loved the cottage and were equally impressed by the rest of the property. Everyone there was great!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend. |

The home is a nice place. Miss Pat is a lovly person along with all her poeple that she has working there. They made our stay a very nice time and we are looking forward to our next stay there. |

This inn is absolutely wonderful! We felt completely spoiled and pampered. Our room was comfortable and well-decorated, the food was awesome, and Miss Pat is the perfect hostess! I was not ready to go home! We will definitely tell all our friends about our stay, and will make plans to come back soon! |

This was an enjoyable experience for a small family reunion. Everyone had a wonderful stay; the mansion was exquisite. |

The hostess was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were creative and cozy. The lobby and dining rooms were unbelievable. Miss Pat puts quite a lot of effort into making you feel welcome. Also, the couples massage was great! |

The Mansion was beautiful and the Rooms were spotless. Beautiful Landscaping and the hospitality were great. The Spa was relaxing and we were treated like royalty. The Food was delightful. |

I LOVE to go to the Lyon Mansion in Ft Scott,KS. This was our second visit. Pat is a natural at this business. My husband and I have stayed in many B&B's all over the nation as well as in Europe. She is definitely the "hostess with the mostest"! I tell everyone about this B&B. Her breakfast was superb! |

We had a great time and would recommend Lyons' to any one that wanted to have a quite get-a-way with the most friendly people that we have ever met. This includes the other guest as well as the hostess and her staff. |

Our stay was wonderful. Pat, the innkeeper was so accommodating. The mansion is absolutely beautiful. The room setting was just filled with romance in so many different ways. We will be back. |

I came home totally relaxed from the wonderful massage, wonderful food, great soak in the hot tub, stroll through the gardens and of course the wonderful hospitality of Miss Pat and everyone at the mansion.Oops I almost forgot the front porch swing which is one of my favorite places to relax. |

It was a wonderful combination of spa and bed and breakfast. Ms. Lyons was very informative as to the history of the house and added those extra touches that make a stay incredible. The food was perfect and the massage just topped everything off. |

The rooms are each unique and beautifully decorated, with plenty of bathroom space. A nice pond with table and chairs are available in the side yard for a peaceful sitting area. |

Pat Lyons is a wonderful host. The atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable and authentic. We stayed in Joe's Great adventure room - wonderfully cozy and romantic. I would go back in a minute. |
