In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your booking for whatever reason, we shall return your deposit (or complete payment) in full provided you notify us in writing within 40 days of your proposed stay. Where notification of cancellation is received within less than 40 days prior to your stay, our policy is to make the following charges: 30 – 40 days 50% of the cost of your stay, and for cancellations received between 1 and 29 days 100%. of the cost of your reserved stay |
