Newly constructed and nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on a 1.3 acre lot. For Business stays. For vacations and romatic get-a-ways. For Social events (i.e. weddings, reunions, showers, luncheons, parties). Private Chef available for parties and events.

Wells Bed & Breakfast was built in 2004 & is a grand Queen Anne Victorian style estate home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on a 1.3 acre lot, located in the Des Moines Metro area.

Here you will find all of the needs of the modern day traveler in a home like setting. We offer 5 guest rooms. Each has its own private bath,writing desk, relaxed seating, TV, alarm clock, music player, walk-in closet for storage, & small private refrigerator.

The 1st floor offers a master suite with fireplace. The 2nd floor offers a 2nd master suite with fireplace & three other guest rooms. We also have an available fax & copy machine and wireless internet. All of the first floor is handicap accessible & we offer handicap parking.

Take advantage of our sun room, exercise room, library, video room, or one of the wrap around covered porches. Sit & relax in our gardens or use the local bike path for a walk, run or bike ride. Also, enjoy the many sites & events that the Des Moines Metro areas have to offer. Many offerings are within a 20 minute drive.

We would be happy to make reservations for you to attend events or dine in our community. We also offer Business & Social Event accommodations.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds can be made, with a $25.00 service fee charge, if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days or more prior to date of arrival. Unless a 14 day notice is given, full room payment will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, a rain check certificate for the full amount of that stay will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to availability. 1 cancellation of a rain check is allowed, after that the rain check will be considered cashed-in. When reserving 3 or more rooms, a 30 day cancellation is required. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
