Except for football and graduation weekends, fourteen days notice required to cancel to receive full refund less $25 cancellation fee. Within the fourteen days a future stay certificate may be issued. No Cancellations, Refunds or Assignments for football or graduation weekends. Discounted extended stay reservations require one month cancellation notice to receive refund less $25 cancellation fee.
