The Rosemont Inn is a repository of nineteenth century woodworking art. The craftsmen employed by the original builder spared no expense in creating one of the finest examples of Indiana hand-milled hardwood design. The Inn's porch is famous for the views it affords of the Ohio River and the never-ending diversity of river traffic that flows by its gracefully sloping front lawn.

The five guest rooms each contain a working fireplace, fine antiques, and private bath. The grand parlors and dining room on the first floor of the Inn are furnished in antiques and all contain working fireplaces for the comfort of our guests. The Inn has five pre-set 5-7-course dinner menus offered to our guests at a moderate cost. Breakfast is a gourmet treat, and is included with the room rate. Complimentary snacks, soft drinks and water are always available. The Inn contains world-class art consisting of landscapes and American portraiture, which is on display for our guest’s enjoyment.

The Rosemont Inn Bed & Breakfast is located on the Ohio River in Vevay, Indiana. Fine dining, old world charm and antiques combine to create a romantic atmosphere that brings to life the bygone era of the great packets and river steamers that plied the waters of mid-America.

There are 4 rescued golden retreivers and one very talkative Cockatoo at Rosemont, all named for wine: Shiraz, 13 yrs old, Rothchild approx 10, Merlot (the princess) is 6, and Savignon is 3, and our 6 year old bird is "Chablis".

There is no smoking allowed inside the Inn, however, smoking is allowed outside on the porch.
