Welcome to The Villa Inn Restaurant & Spa a welcoming Bed and Breakfast located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Villa, in its entire exotic splendor, reflects the desire for the unusual, which was popular in the late nineteenth century. The Villa Inn is our third Bed and Breakfast in the Indianapolis area. We have been serving guests from every state in the US, and around the world for nearly 10 years. At The Villa we take pride in the numerous amenities and activities that we have right on site. The inn features a spa and hair salon that provides services in message therapy, hairstyling and nail service. The Villa Restaurant also on site, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with great dessert and an extensive wine list to choose from.
Whether you choose the elegant luxury of the 4 rooms in The Villa or the quiet seclusion of room 5 or room 6 in our Carriage House, our accommodations at The Villa Inn/ Restaurant/Spa will surpass your expectations! All of our upscale guest rooms feature a number of amenities. Complimentary snacks and beverages greet you in your en suite kitchen, then continue the tour of your room where you’ll find either your choice of a king or queen size bed draped in elegant linens. Next relax and unwind from a long trip in you private 2 person Jacuzzi bath and shower, and once you’ve gotten comfortable walk out onto you private roof top terrace for our overnight guests only and enjoy a nice glass of wine with your beautiful evening view.

Check-in is between 1 and 10 pm by arrangement.

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation Policy: We require 7 days advance notice so that we can attempt to re-rent the room (a 15% handling charge will be applied if money is refunded). In the event a cancellation is made in less than 7 days and we are able to re-rent the room, all money will be refunded minus a 15% handling charge. (Special events are non-refundable/non-cancelable.) Specials events are ie. Races, large conventions, holidays etc. Please call for restricted dates. No shows and cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged full price.
