The Ivy House Bed and Breakfast is a lovely, historic B&B located in Fortville Indiana. Just minutes from Indianapolis and Noblesville, this premier Indiana Bed & Breakfast was built in 1921 and is one of the top 10 in the State.
The Innkeepers have a passion for historical value and it is shown throughout the rooms of the Ivy House. Our rooms are well appointed with private baths and queen beds. Will be served in the dining room at 8:30AM. Coffee and tea available for early risers at 7:00AM. If you must leave early, we will see that you don't leave hungry.

Cancellation Policy: |
With the exception of full house bookings and special events, your deposit will be refunded , if we confirm cancellation 8 days prior to your stay and your room is rebooked. No shows will be charged in full. |

Deposit Policy: |
To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible. For your protection and ours, we require the first night's deposit. A 50% deposit for extended stays is also required. Deposits can be made by check or credit card (M/C or Visa). |
