Depending on the number of guest we offfer a wide variety of breakfast items baked fresh each day. When ever possible we use organic and local ingredients. Lunch and Dinner is catered from your choice of restaraunt selections and served either in the formal dinning room or in the privacy of your own room.
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made, less a $25 processing fee.

We welcome small well behaved pets. Please call ahead if you would like to bring a pet. Because the House is located in a historic residential district, pet owners must keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets while walking.

The Innkeepers have a Toy Maltese. The dog does not shed and is hypoallergenic and is not permitted in guest areas. Guests with allergies should not be concerned.
