Three Roses Bed and BreakfastOne of our first guests said it best. He said, "This isn't breakfast, this is an event!" so that became our tag line. We make breakfast order and can accommodate gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic. Our guests also choose their breakfast time from 8am - 11am. We are one of the few B&B's where the later, the better.

This is our main dining room and can seat up to 20 persons, but is very cozy with that many. We have two dining tables that can open up to seat 10 persons each.

The Garden Room
The Garden Room is our most popular room with a King size bed, 25 inch closed captioned cable TV with VCR/DVD player, ceiling fan, in-room coffee pot with supplies, dresser that doubles as a desk, table, in room half bath, and free wireless high speed internet. Guests can usually choose from one of two bathrooms that are private (for showers or tub baths). Guests may use our phone if needed for calls within the continental United States.

Monica's Room is perfect for children or traveling companions who do not wish to share a bed. Monica's Room has two twin size beds, ceiling fan, desk, central air conditioning, and high speed wireless internet. The bath for this room is 2 doors down and can be private or shared (only for groups or families). Guest rooms do not have phones as most guests have cell phones and we have excellent cell phone reception in Pontiac. We do allow guests to use our phone on request (cordless) and may make free local and long distance calls (in the continental US) at no additional charge.

Jennifer's room across the hall from the "Garden Room". The bath can be shared or private when there are guests in both rooms but only for groups or families. Jennifer's room has a queen size bed but no TV. (This is the room to choose ladies if you want your sweetie's undivided attention!)
