Our stay was so comfortable in a beautifully restored historical home. When we developed some health problems while there the hosts were most gracious and accommodating. We look forward to staying again and will definately recommend this B&B to our friends.

It was amazing. We loved the decor and atmosphere of the Homestead. Exceptional attention to detail and very clean. Alan, Aaron, and Robin were very hospitable and enjoyable hosts. I would go back again in a minute.

Now the Homestead is my home away from home; Alan & Robin are so warm & friendly and would do anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They're always willing to adjust rates for unexpected (snowed-in) stays, or musical rooms (as in chairs), whatever arises! When I come "home" to Plano, I look forward to my stay at the Homestead just as much as my social time with my old friends, and that's the truth. You'll never find a more comfortable bed, a more beautiful or unique room or a more delicious breakfast, peace & solitude than you will at the Homestead.

The entire inn is beautifully designed/decorated by the innkeepers, who are also professional interior designers and the individual pieces are for sale, including outstanding lamps and artwork. The innkeepers are so knowledgeable about the area including restaurants and directions that it made it very easy to find a great place to go to dinner. We slept like babies on the ultra comfortable mattress and the rooms are all exceptional - very quiet and private with wall murals/stencils, rain head showers and luxurious linens. The house itself is on the Historic Register and has historical significance. The location is great for the Sandwich Antique Fair (5 minutes) or enjoying the area's shopping, but if you'd just like to relax on the grounds with a book, this is the place for it! Breakfast is whenever you'd like it - under a gorgeous chandelier - and it couldn't have been better - banana souffle, fresh strawberries dipped in yogurt and granola, omlettes and sausage. All of this beauty and relaxation for very reasonable prices for such an upscale inn - we'll absolutely be back for another stay! Robin and Alan really know how to make a visitor feel welcome!

I don't typically stay in B&Bs, but I may now. If every B&B is like The Homestead, I'd recommend them all. This place is unreal; the hand painted walls are indescribable; the atmosphere is impressive; the breakfast was like I've never had before, and Allen & Robin are very thoughtful and accomodating. Truly a memorable experience. Thank you.

The Homestead is a magical place in a quaint, quiet town. The food, hospitality and conversation were absolutely wonderful. The rooms, sitting rooms and grounds are gorgeous, cozy and tranquil.
