We have very flexible arrival times and can usually accommodate your schedule. Suites are usually ready by 2:00, and 3:00 at the latest.

We are also quite flexible with departing times, although we will ask that housekeeping be able to get into the suite by noon. Guests are welcome to enjoy the common area and stow luggage while waiting for their suite if they arrive early, or after checkout.

To cancel or re-schedule your reservation, regardless of the reason, we need to hear from you no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For holidays and special events we need to hear from you no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation less than 14 days (30 days for holidays and special events) prior to your scheduled arrival date we shall make every effort to re-rent your room. However, there are no refunds if we can not find another party to take your room for the full length of your reservation. Sorry, no exceptions.

To request a reservation, we require a valid credit card (in your name) with the expiration date. A deposit of the first night or more on longer stays is usually taken. While the reservations system is almost always up-to-date and correct, your room is not guaranteed until you hear from us that this is the case.
