The Inn at Irish Hollow and Country English Cottages has been rated The Best Country Inn in the Midwest. Set on 500 acres of magnificent rolling hills and valleys, the Inn offers the perfect setting to reconnect and be pampered in the heart of Galena's picture-perfect countryside. Guests enjoy personalized comfort, superb hospitality and lush amenities designed to thrill the most sophisticated traveler.
The Irish Hollow award-winning kitchen creates gorgeous meals handcrafted from the world's finest natural and organic ingredients, along with selections from the Inn's own organic farm gardens. The lavish full country gourmet breakfast is served daily. The tremendous seven-course candlelight dinners are included in the seasonal packages.
The onsight massage staff provides hot stone therapy massage which integrates the best techniques from Asian, Swedish and Native American philosophies, culminating in the finest massage available, ranging from a 75 minutes to a 2 1/2 hour experience.
The 500 acre estate is cut with miles of hiking trails, streams, rock outcroppings, wooded ridges and connects to a 1000 acre nature preserve.

Rooms and cottage become available for check-in at 4:oo pm. Should you plan to arrive earlier in the day, we would be delighted to assist you by telephone in determining an itinerary, so that you may enjoy the area prior to check-in time.

Check out time is noon; however, you are certainly invited to linger on the grounds.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Last minute cancellations give us little chance of filling spaces due to the Inn's remote setting. Consequently we do adhere to a sctict cancellation policy. Your deposit less $35.00 will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. (If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, it cannot be cancelled.) After that time, no refund is possible REGARDLESS OF THE REASON for non-arrival or early departure unless we are able to sublet your reservation. If we are able to re-book the space, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 rebooking fee.
