We receive arriving guests by appointment. So that we can schedule staff to be present to receive arriving guests, reservations can not be made with out full contact information and arrival/travel information. We return after hours by appointment to receive arriving guests. For questions about this procedure please call 773-288-5578. Except holidays, the office is staffed Monday - Saturday from 9 AM to Noon and Monday - Friday from 3 - 5:30 PM. After hours, our phones are answered by an outside answering service. If you are arriving guest with adjustments to your arrival time, or an in-house guest with an emergency, the answering service will gladly reach the on-call staff person to let them know. All other inquiries will be returned during our office hours.

When given less than 7 DAYS' NOTICE, we charge a cancellation fee equal to the prepayment; unless we receive less than 24 HOURS' NOTICE. Then the cancellation fee is equal to the first night's charges, plus 15% of the rest of the nights cancelled. When a block of four or more suites is reserved, or when more than 29 nights are reserved, 30 DAYS' NOTICE is required to avoid the 15% cancellation fee.

To make a 1-7 night reservation, we require prepayment of the first night's charges. For more than 7 nights, a 15% prepayment is required. The balance is due upon arrival. All reservations are guaranteed, subject to our prepayment, cancellation, arrival, and check-in policies. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and personal checks. Invoiced institutions are not subject to the prepayment policy, and are invoiced in full at the time the reservation is made. All other policies apply.
