Barrington House Bed and Breakfast is a completely restored 1894 brick home located in the lovely village of Barrington, Illinois, just 35 miles Northwest of Chicago. We are in Barrington's Historic District, which has one of the largest collections of historical homes in the state of Illinois. We are also located only 1 block from Barrington’s downtown with its restaurants and shopping and 4 blocks from the Metra train station to Chicago and other Northwest suburbs. For nature lovers, Baker's Lake, Cuba Marsh, Crabtree Nature Center and Deer Grove Forest Preserve are in easy driving distance for nature walks.

Guests at Barrington House are welcome to use the parlor, music room with player piano, large dining room, brick courtyard, and relaxing porch. Just off the main entrance, the parlor is the perfect place for reading, visiting, or just enjoying the fireplace. Complimentary beverages are always available in the Butler’s Pantry. Guest rooms are decorated with king or queen size beds and all have a private bathroom. In the morning join guests in the large, light filled dining room where guests enjoy their breakfast. Parking is provided in the brick-paved parking court.
