Amenities include full kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, filtered water, in-room TV, king size bed, and tremendous views of Hawaii's constantly active volcano.

We are located near the summit of Kilauea Volcano at an elevation of 4050 feet, on the sunny side of Volcano Village. The southern end of the property is bounded by Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Of interest to golfers, we are situated a short walk away from the Volcano Golf and County Club... a beautiful course with views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. Special arrangements may be made via telephone.
Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 11:00 AM or earlier.
Cancellation Policy:
The Deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is received less than 14 calendar days before your Check In Date, otherwise we will refund 100% of the Deposit. For the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons (Nov 15-30) and (Dec. 15-Jan. 5), we will refund 50% of the payment if cancellation is received 30 or more days before arrival.

Deposit Policy:
Accommodations are secured by a one night deposit. The remainder is to be paid prior to check out. For reservations of one week or longer, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is requested. For the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons (Nov 15-30) and (Dec. 15-Jan. 5), we request payment in full with the booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
