Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund less a $25 re-booking fee. All other cancellations, NO SHOWS, and early departures will be charged the entire amount of stay without exceptions. All cancellations must be received via email at stay@alohaplace.com or FAX (808) 985-7349. If you cancel via email you will find the required form on our Policy Page at www.alohaplace.com this form must be used to complete your cancellation. It is important to use the provided forms, no other format will be accepted! Upon receipt of your cancellation you will be provided with a cancellation number, any refunds receipt or charges as applicable, and a cancellation letter. This information will be sent in the format from which we receive your cancellation. Phone messages will NOT be accepted. Failure to provide proper notice will possibly incur additional charges.

All reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to 100% of your stay payable by Visa/Master Card. Reservations confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. Should there be a need to change dates on your reservation, we ask that these be done by email using stay@alohaplace.com or FAX your changes to (808) 985-7349. Any changes will incur a $20.00 service fee. All date changes are subject to availability with accommodation and length of stay valid for the duration of the reservation. If a change in accommodation is necessary additional charges may apply for an upgrade. Aloha Place- Inn of Volcano reserves the right to provide guests an equal or superior quality accommodation, without notice, for one night reservations.
