From the Lanai during your breakfast & from the Bar-B-Q area during sunset you can see miles of ocean coastline, 2000 ft below us: watch the birds, check out the surf, or count the boats; our temperature is in the mid seventies. We have a very private and serene setting, with lots of parking. Lyman Farms is ideally located in the Kona Coffee belt, and we have 3000 young trees on our 8 acre farm.

Activity Room
Our Activity Room has board games, VCR and tapes, a FREE computer & very fast internet connection. Some guests like to take their morning meal here. Our breakfast counter has everything for "Continental Plus", incl. Kona Coffee, many teas, fresh fruit & juices, muffins, toast, cereals, etc., but six times per week we also serve a full, hot Gourmet breakfast (see the page "YUM" on our website).

Breakfast at Mango Sunset
Our breakfasts always include 100% Kona Coffee (or tea), 100% fruit juice, and fresh fruit. Hans cooks things from scratch and uses our own herbs, and as many fresh island-grown ingredients as he can. We will gladly do what we can do meet your special dietary restrictions (with advance notice), such as lactose free, vegetarian, low fat, low salt, etc.

Honu Room
The Honu (Green Sea Turtle) guestroom, as well as the O'opau-kai (Coral Gobie), share a bathroom, while the Hahalua (Manta Ray) has its own. Our mattresses and bedding are of the highest quality and all rooms are insulated for sound.

Our Bed & Breakfast Inn has bamboo floors, teak furniture and Hawaiian island décor. All doors and trim are of mahogany and all rooms have ceiling fans and reading lights.

For our guests' comfort, all rooms have extra pillows and blankets. Our walk-in showers have wonderful, large shower heads. We do ask that guests bring their own toiletries. Guests may borrow a hair dryer or iron and board. All rooms have phone books and note pads. If need be, leave us notes by the computer.
