Your hosts, Anne Stockel and daughter, Nanette, offer four beautiful vacation studios. Each features a separate entrance, private, full bath, free wireless high speed internet and cable TV. Three studios have kitchenettes with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric skillet, rice cooker, hot water pot, and dishes. The fourth studio, the Orchid Suite, has a full kitchen with modern appliances.
All studios have comfortable queen size beds, and sleeper sofas for extra guests. Glass sliders open onto spacious, covered lanais. The Plumeria and Pineapple Suites also have a separate sitting area and walk-in closets. A washing machine, dryer, detergent and ironing board are available free of charge.
A welcome basket with fresh tropical fruit, baked goods and juice awaits our guests upon arrival. Coffee, tea and cocoa are always provided.
We have lived in Kona for over 20 years and have explored this beautiful island extensively. We greet our guests in person and are available throughout their stay to help plan their outings. We supply beach chairs, towels, coolers, and boogie boards free of charge. There is convenient on-site parking. We especially enjoy our European visitors, as we both speak German.
Rates for the studios are $75-105/nt single and $85-115/nt double. Additional guests are $10/night extra. We also rent the entire ocean view home. It has four separate, lockable studios each with full bath. There are 4 queen beds and 8 sleeper sofas. Sleeps 16. $295/night. Cancellation Policy:
|

Guests can receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, if they cancel their reservation in writing at least six weeks prior to scheduled arrival. (For reservations of the entire home, the processing fee is $100.) Otherwise, the deposit may still be refunded if the room is re-rented. Guests who find it necessary to arrive late or depart early are still responsible for the full amount of their reservation, unless we can rebook the room.

We have a two night minimum. (One night stays are sometimes accepted, but are subject to a $25 cleaning fee.) Reservations for 2 or fewer nights require payment in full. All others require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation. The balance will be charged to the credit card at check-in, unless guests request to pay with cash or travelers checks.
