Covered Garden Lanai
Relax in the garden lanai overlooking the Kona coffee trees, tropical flower gardens, and bamboo patches. The Lanai wraps around the house to reveal stunning views; 16 miles of the Kona Coastline, beaches, and surf locations. The blue pool offers a refreshing dip on a sunny day while the hot tub offers a sunset view and calming warm water as the sunsets into the ocean.

Hibiscus Room
The elegant Hawaiian style décor of the Hibiscus Room is a favorite among guests. The king bed faces large windows with majestic views of Big Island Hawaii beaches and Kona surf as well as the Inn’s lush pool and grounds. The over-sized room features a relaxing sitting area for reading, writing, or just enjoying the scenery. Many guests describe the experience of waking up to the Hibiscus Room’s stunning ocean views as "unforgettable."

Orchid Room
The Orchid Room is elegant and intimate offering a queen bed and vistas of the Kona Coffee coastline along with the Inn's shimmering pool. In addition, this room offers views of the exotic plants and birds found on the Big Island of Hawaii and the palm-fringed scenery of the Kona Coffee Estate. The Orchid Room invites the graceful seclusion of a romantic getaway or honeymoon.

Ginger Room
The Ginger Room is situated on the second floor... just steps away from the romantic rooftop gazebo. The room’s private balcony offers awe-inspiring views of the Inn’s Kona Coffee orchards and tropical gardens. The room’s indulgent and elegant accommodations offers a queen sized bed and tasteful décor. The open air design offers wisps of delicate trade-winds for a rejuvenating and unforgettable experience.

Plumeria Suite
The only room situated on the lower swimming pool level, the Plumeria Suite features ocean views across the pool deck as well as a separate sitting area, and this additional space offers a comfortable space to read or watch the Inn's only in-room TV. Many of our guests prefer this room for its floor plan, privacy, and proximity to the guest kitchen. The sitting room has a day bed that can accommodate a third person for an additional charge.

Gardenia Suite
Our flagship Gardenia Suite opens to a spacious sitting room with gorgeous panoramic views of the Pacific coastline. The bed is positioned to catch fragrances from our gardens and a landscape of Kona coffee trees. This guest favorite features a private balcony that looks out over the pineapple garden. The luxurious private bath has a beautiful glass-enclosed stone shower. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed that may accommodate a third person for an additional charge.

Coffee Cheery Room
Slip through a private side entrance to The Coffee Cherry Room. Nestled among a pineapple garden and Kona Coffee trees you will find a private hot tub spa. This beautiful room opens to a tropical bouquet of Hawaiian flora that fills the morning air.
