The Galloway House lomogirl 1.67 08/03/2009 If you are only two adults traveling with no pets – this may be the place for you. For us – NEVER AGAIN. My biggest complaints (just to name a few) – our 15 month-old son was charged as an extra person. We were charged 13% tax on our “refundable” pet deposit – which was going to be returned to us (or at least that’s what Keith said in his voice mail), but months after our stay Keith wanted to charge us another $30 dollars because he felt that he undercharged us (won’t let him have another $30, so we still haven’t got that $150 back), even after our final bill was more that what was quoted to us. Keith and Jim do not understand the value of communication; they did not return phone calls or emails until I threatened to refuse all charges. Customer concerns are not their concerns. In a words CROOKS Be aware – off street parking is not offered on Galloway property, washer and dryer are coin operated in basement of main house (and if you want fresh towels, you’ll have to get them from the basement yourself).

This guest reserved a one bedroom apartment for two adults but arrived at 11:30 at night with 4 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs. We did not turn them away but provided temporary beds, additional sheets, towels and dog bowls. Every phone call has been returned and we've replied to every email from this guest. We have made every effort possible to satisfy this guest.
