Cotton Exchange is ideal for a romantic getaway, a much-needed respite, or any special occasion. This spacious suite opens to a private deck overlooking the heritage gardens and pool, perfect for enjoying an engaging book or a glass of wine. A splendid king bed encourages late morning sleep-in or a decedent afternoon nap. After a therapeutic soak in the two-person jetted air tub with waterfall faucet, snuggle in the sitting area on the made-for-two chaise lounge in front of the fireplace. A stately portrait of original mansion owner, Captain Walter Coney presides above the original hand-carved mantle. Gentleman's Parlor
a former retreat for cigar-smoking, baccarat-playing men, has been transformed into an unexpected Asian-inspired sanctuary within the walls of this fine Victorian home. The cozy fireplace and ornate hand-carved mantle mesh perfectly with the clean, simple lines of the Oriental wooden screen headboard above the queen bed. A Shoji screen encloses and separates the bathroom and two person walk-in shower. Walls of authentic Savannah Lafayette Mauve complement the overall Asian theme. Located near the front parlor, this room gives easy access to the traditional Southern wraparound veranda for lazy-day rocking.

Sweet Olive
French doors open to a private deck overlooking our beautiful courtyard garden and swimming pool area with its soothing waterfall. This comfy room features a queen canopy bed, large dressing area with mirror, and new mahogany floors. Cozy private bath with shower is tucked away off the dressing area. Business travel or working holidays are much more enjoyable in this relaxing retreat from the summer heat or cold of winter.

Magnolia Place
This delightfully sunny room with soaring 11-foot ceilings has been completely renovated from walls to bath to bedding! The relaxing private balcony overlooks the pool and heritage courtyard gardens. A Queen four-poster bed, cozy chaise lounge, original artwork, hardwood floors, and a decorative fireplace make this popular room a homey haven. New bath features a large step-in shower.

Live Oak Canopy
Treetop living at its finest! The spacious outdoor balcony is completely enclosed by the boughs of a live oak tree, assuring year-round complete privacy. Even a business holiday can be enjoyed from this lofty perch! The cool, leafy-green motif inside gives way to winter warmth from the gas fireplace. The King four-poster bed provides the ultimate in relaxation. The newly renovated bath features a spacious, custom tile step-in shower and pedestal sink.

Huntingdon Garden
The original master bedroom of the mansion features a four-poster king feather bed so high steps are needed to reach it! Unwind on the lounging couch with a flute of champagne and chocolate-dipped strawberries in the glow of the room’s gas-light fireplace. Walls of Savannah Ballast-stone Grey with chocolate brown accents wonderfully complement the fireplace tiles and the large Oriental rug. The newly renovated bath features a walk-in shower for two. Make it a girlfriend getaway for three when the lounging couch simply converts to a comfortable bed for one.

Forsyth Place
Let the warmth of this romantic room named in honor of Forsyth Park envelope you. Slide into sleep in the queen bed nestled in the bay window under soaring 11-foot ceilings. An antique dresser with gentleman’s shaving mirror, cozy sitting area near the decorative fireplace, and walls of authentic Savannah Peach Leather tint all add to the charm of this light-filled room. New bathroom includes a relaxing single champagne-bubbler tub with shower. Lazily enjoy morning coffee on your sitting balcony overlooking our heritage gardens and Savannah’s unique Forsyth Park neighborhood.

Chinaberry Balcony
Enjoy views of stately Magnolia trees, the Inn’s heritage gardens, and the glorious Forsyth Park neighborhood when you step through a floor-to-ceiling window of time onto your sitting balcony nestled above the brick-lined walks of Huntingdon Street. Nineteenth century craftsmanship lingers in the dark wood mantle and in the vintage fireplace tiles. Sweeping 11-foot ceilings, king bed and new single jetted-air tub with shower complete your retreat.

Garden Cottage Poolside
Enjoy a secluded, private patio enclosed by a blooming rose vine-covered trellis in the first floor of our garden cottage. French doors lead the way to this well-appointed, brick-floored mini-suite. The cottage features one bedroom with King size bed, delightful sitting room with a pull-out sofa, and kitchenette with a cook top, microwave, mini-fridge and small dining table. Private bath includes a large two-person whirlpool tub and rain shower. This cottage will sleep up to four guests, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends traveling together

Cottage Garden Second Floor
Enjoy the southern breezes from the second floor sitting balcony of our two-bedroom Cottage Garden House – a perfect retreat for families, friends and multi-generational travelers. With one rate guests enjoy two (2) cozy rooms with personal comforts as you settle into your queen size four-poster bed. This accommodation has a shared full bath, and while enjoying all the amenities of the main house, a mini-frig and coffee maker as well.
