Savannah’s Bed & Breakfast Inn (est. 1978) is one of the city’s original inns. Housed on famous Gordon Row (circa 1853), and overlooking the charming Chatham Square, our historic accommodations boast of delicious southern breakfasts, afternoon tea socials, weekend wine and cheese receptions, landscaped courtyard gardens, a comfortable parlor area, and beautifully decorated guest rooms. Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend getaway or just an affordable not so far from home vacation the Bed and Breakfast Inn has what you are looking for.

The Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in the Southern region of the historic district, an easy walk to any attraction in the Savannah downtown area. Nearby is the Johnny Mercer house, Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House, and the best antique shops in town. Only a 15 minute stroll to River Street, our streets are quieter than those closer to the River. We are about a 2 minute walk to Forsyth Park where you can take in the lush greenery and visit the famous fountain and monuments.

Check In Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out ends at 11 am.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $25 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. We allow up to seven days prior to check-in for guests to cancel their reservation and receive a refund (less $25). If the reservation is cancelled within seven days before check-in, a refund is only given if we resell the room.

Infants must stay in cottages or rooms not apart of the main house.

A deposit of the first night stay is plus tax is required to hold your room.

We have two very friendly resident outdoor cats named Sunshine and Grits.
Smoking: Outside
All rooms are non-smoking, however smoking areas are provided outdoors in our landscaped courtyards. There will be a $150 cleaning fee assessed if any guest smokes inside the inn.
