Cancellation Policy: |
Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation (at least 21 days prior for Holiday periods and Oktoberfest).
In the unlikely event that you must cancel less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you will be charged for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $25 cancellation processing fee.
A 21-day cancellation notice is required for reservations during Holiday periods and during Oktoberfest:
2011 dates: Dec 30-31
2012 dates: Feb 10-14, May 25-28, June 29-July 7, Aug 30-Sept 3, Nov 22-24 and Dec 29-31) and during Oktoberfest (Sept 12 - Oct 28, 2012).
Whole house bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 45-days prior to arrival. Whole house bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will also be charged the balance for the entire booking. |

Absolutely No Smoking Inside. Smoking is only allowed in a specific designated outdoor smoking area in the front lawn. Unfortunately, non-compliance requires a $200 cleaning fee that will be charged to your credit card.
