Front Porch
The Americus Garden Inn Bed & Breakfast offers you a multitude of common areas to relax, meditate, read, and contemplate. There is ample seating located under the back porch, and around the veranda. The upstairs balcony overlooks the newly relandscaped Rees Park.

The Garden
On March 1, 2007, Americus was struck by an EF3 tornado which ripped through our grounds, destroying over 30 mature, 100 year old trees. We took this opportunity to hire Landscape Architect Nancy Beckemeyer to help us create a garden oasis, a true escape from the ordinary. The landscape plan was implemented in Spring/Summer 2008 with a meandering walk through a variety of heritage, native and exotic plantings. We are delighted with the results and look forward to sharing our garden with you.

Living Room/Parlor
The beautiful Americus Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast has been completely updated with modern conveniences for your comfort. As our guest, the living room/parlor is for your pleasure complete with a Yamaha Disklavier Baby Grand Piano.

Scarlett's Suite
This is our largest and most luxurious room featuring a King bed, large seating area with love seat and recliner, huge private bath with garden tub and separate shower. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, or any other special occasion you choose to create. A large portrait of Scarlett adorns the wall, hence the name "Scarlett's" Suite.

Magnolia Suite
Our beautiful, Magnolia Suite features two beds; the massive antique Queen four-poster bed shown plus a full size bed. This is the larger of our two-bed suites complete with private bath containing a tub/Shower combination and an in-room sitting area. This room is a cheerful, sunny room adorned with a picture of magnolias, hence the name, "Magnolia". Maximum occupancy is 3 people.

Jacuzzi Suite
Our Jacuzzi Suite is our most romantic guestroom featuring a King bed, loveseat, private bath and 2-person Jacuzzi tub. This is our most requested room for romantic getaways, honeymoons, anniversaries and special occasions.
