Revisit the days of old in this unique bed and breakfast located on the second floor of the historic Edgewater Hotel in Winter Garden, Florida in the greater Orlando area. The Edgewater originally opened in 1927 as one of the most technologically advanced hotels of its day. Today the hotel has undergone a historic restoration, allowing guests to relive its 1927 charm while enjoying the modern comforts.
From the antique sinks and fixtures to the original 1926 Otis elevator, the Edgewater is a bed and breakfast experience like none other in Orlando. The Edgewater is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando, and only 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. And in true bed & breakfast fashion, your stay includes a full breakfast served by our innkeeper.
Our ground floor includes three eateries, a flower and gift shop, and an old-time barbershop. Plus, you can enjoy a peaceful walk down the twenty two mile biking and nature trail located right out our front doors.

The Edgewater Hotel is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Because of our size, cancellation affects us significantly.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least (7) days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee for those cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of your arrival date (10 or more rooms see below).
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, we will issue you a gift certificate for the days charged for which you did not stay. This gift certificate may be used anytime assuming availability.

For reservations of 10 rooms or more, the same rules for cancellations apply and there is a $350.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time you make the reservation. This $350.00 deposit will be applied to your stay at check-in.
