On arrival, your fully equipped kitchen is stocked with Starbuck's Coffee, Twinning's Tea, milk, O.J., half and half, yogurt, eggs, butter, fresh bananas, small boxed cereals, muffins, bottled water, Coke, Coke Zero, and Sprite. Please indicate your preference of fat free, organic, or regular products. We're happy to customize your package--substitutions are offered.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Guests may check-in between 3:00-8:00 p.m. Early check-in accommodated by advance request, when possible. We're happy to hold luggage.
Check Out Policy:
Guest check-out is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out possible when possible with an advance request to owner. A late check-out fee may be imposed otherwise.
Cancellation Policy:
No fee charged with 48 hours of reservation. After 48 hour release period, but at least 60 days prior to arrival date, $100 cancellation fee charged to credit card. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, up to 100% of total stay charged to credit card. At owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if days are resold (a cancellation fee may be imposed).
Children: Children Welcome
Well behaved children are welcome. Complimentary high chairs, pack n' plays, and linens available by advance request. Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool areas.
Childcare: Yes
Child care is arranged through a certified babysitter at the rate of $15.00 per hour until midnight.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% credit card deposit.
Pets Welcome
Small pets can be accommodated in some of our cottages, and a non-refundable pet fee of $75 is charged. Please contact owner for advance approval.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Our Springer Spaniel, Golden Retriever, and their housekeeping staff live here.
Smoking: Outside
Cottages are smoke free. Smoking permitted outdoors . . . please be considerate of other guests. Please dispose of cigarettes in appropriate smoking pails on site.
