Boutique style residences, suites, and inn bed and breakfast suites rooms range from 1BR-3BR, 375-2000 sq. ft, priced from $150-$400 night. Daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal rates, or extended stays available, and may be combined with guest houses, adjacent cottages or suites, to accommodate larger groups.

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of making reservations. If you must cancel after the 48 hour release period, but at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival up to 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card. At the owner's discretion, a partial refund may be issued if the same days are re-sold. At the owner's discretion, a cancellation fee may be applied to a future stay in a Casa Grandview resort dwelling. |

Experience of a lifetime!! I have only great things to say about Casa Grandview and it's owner/staff. They have truly thought of everything. This was my first time staying in a B & B and now I can say that It won't be the last! Cheryl, Kirk, Victor, Yahaira, Lucy & Rowley and everyone involved in anyway in making our stay and experience so exceptional!! We will be back!!!

I Loved Casa Grandview. I would reccommend it to anyone. It was beautiful, clean and everyone is so nice. I would go back and wished I could have stayed longer. Great place to stay in a great location, we were able to walk to the stores.

My husband wanted to take me somewhere special, as I am in between cancer treatments. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect and relaxing vacation. You enter into a private tropical paradise. The hosts, Cheryl and Kirk, are warm and friendly, and make sure that all of their guests feel welcome.Their staff are extremely helpful as well. When we arrived at our cottage, there were eggs, bread, butter, and juice in the refrigerator! The cottage was decorated beautifully, yet was cosy and homey. The backyard was private, and there are two very pretty pools in which to relax, swim and read. I walked through the historic neighborhood every morning, and also found my way to City Place where there is wonderful shopping. My husband enjoyed playing golf. We were totally relaxed, and wished only that we could stay longer. It was the perfect escape, and meant so much to us. We look forward to going again.

Tropical Gem! Cheryl has thought of everything! Each room/cottage is perfectly appointed with everything you need for a wonderful vacation or business trip. This is my new home away from home. Both Cheryl and Kirk will take good care of you. The breakfasts are amazing and Cheryl is always ready to treat you to what ever food you can come up with. I will return often.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Hosts, Kirk and Cheryl Grantham, went way beyond our expectations of hospitality. We loved the special attention to every little detail and luxurious surroundings. If you want privacy and tropical surroundings, you must stay Casa Grandview. You won't want to leave.

I stayed at the Casa Grandview for three nights after a meeting at the Breakers Hotel. I was very impressed with the grounds the moment I arrived. Cheryl showed me around and made me feel welcome. The house and the room were all exceptional and beautiful. Nothing was too much for the hosts and the all-day access to good coffee and snacks was a nice touch. I enjoyed the pool which often I had all to myself, and the alfresco shower was a treat. I really felt I was on holiday and could relax and sit back without a care in the world. Breakfasts were always laid back and the food was wonderful. I appreciated all the little extras including a quick private tour of Palm Beach and getting dropped off at the airport by Kirk. City Place which was an easy 15 minute walk away had excellent restaurants; I tried the Opa, Blue Martini and the Seafood place (all were good). I have no hesitation in recommending this Bed and Breakfast to my friends. I would love to come back and spend more time here; three days went by too fast.

In the process of scouting professional opportunities, I combined a business foray with a bit of vacation relaxation. As luck would have it, I chose an unknown B&B that all but cemented my desire to move to the area of West Palm Beach, FL.
The proprietors of the Casa Grandview Luxury Inn & B&B offer an oasis. Their Inn along with the cottages create a revival of Old world charm infused with modern day but luxurious convenience, casual elegance and personal care hard-to-find in an up-scale hotel of this caliber.
The food was delicious, bountiful and individually offered. Whether served on “my porch” or in any one of several intimate and romantic locales or the home’s dining room, one had the choice of privacy or the opportunity to meet and engage with a others. Delectable food and good conversation with unknown guests are an unusual combo.
Great attention to detail, from linens for sound sleeping or doilies with crystal flutes and plates for Greek yogurt and fresh fruit salads or delectable French toast & everything imaginable omelets are offered to the B&B guests. Excellent coffee, tea or hot chocolate are available ‘on demand’ along with LINDT chocolates, protein bars and fruit.
Bicycles offered an easy and laid back exploration of the many area attractions especially to the nearby bike path, Inter-coastal and public beach. However, the heated secluded pool(s), waterfall and Jacuzzi were a definite draw coupled with diverse magazines or books from an excellent personal Library.
The Grantham family has set a standard of excellence, humor and graciousness that’s unrivalled. They are reviving an historic neighborhood, giving the town and area a gorgeous infusion of beauty, tastefulness and style.
I can’t wait to return to their remarkable home, Southern Hospitality and warmth, and am jealous of the fabulous times ahead of those who do.

We were absolutely thrilled to discover Casa Grandview! We needed to get away from the cold and endless feet of snow we have had this winter. Casa Grandview was truly paradise: relaxing surroundings, beautiful accommodations, friendly hosts, nice beaches and terrific shopping all close by! My husband, children and I had the best vacation ever. We have already started to plan our trip for next year. We highly recommend Casa Grandview!

This place is amazing! We cant wait to go back next year. We booked this B&B for a quick getaway to relax. The room was beauitful,the grounds were so pretty. The owner, i think her was Shelly, is such a lovely person. She makes the best omelettes. Highly recomended.

We went as a last minute decion for our 25th wedding Anniversay. It was wonderful!!! Everything was perfect! I would have stayed longer if I could! I would highly recommend the Casa Grandview.
