Situated on Palm Avenue in the luxurious downtown bay front district of Sarasota, Florida this Bed and Breakast is a 1924 historically designated two-story Craftsman style home. Nestled in oak trees over looking the tranquil waters of Sarasota Bay where your troubles are swept away in this exquisitely appointed home. From your private oasis stroll down Palm Avenue to the art galleries, fine shopping boutiques, superb dining, theater, opera or the famous Burns Court Cinema.
The current residence at 624 South Palm Avenue was built in the early 1920's. It was built on the southeast corner of the property occupied by the former Thompson residence, which was occupied by Mrs. W.Y. Perry, in the early 1920's. A new pet friendly room will be available in December.

There will be a $20 processing fee on all cancellations. We recognize special circumstances may cause last minute cancellations. We will gladly refund deposit, minus the processing fee, if we are able to fill the reservation.

Full payment is required for a one night stay, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations; payable in either cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Full payment is due upon check-in. We do not accept checks for final payment.
