Victorian House Bed & Breakfast is a gorgeous 1897 home located in the heart of historic St. Augustine that has been featured in several national publications, including Country Home, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Homes, Country Almanac, and Innsider.

Parlor
The Victorian House's guest quarters comprise four rooms in the Main House and four rooms in the adjacent Carriage House. Each guestroom has a private bath/shower and air conditioning. Some of the rooms have private entrances, while others have private, enclosed porches that are perfect for enjoying the Atlantic Ocean's cool breezes. There are two rooms in the Carriage House, Hanna's and Laura's, that are available to those travelling with children.

Sun-filled windows give a charming view of two of the oldest streets in America. Juli’s Room is filled with American country antiques featuring a beautiful queen size iron bed. This room has a small private bathroom with shower. This room is great for singles, or couples who like to snuggle.

Daisy Room
Features a large room with an enormous antique king size headboard and bed, decorated in beige and burgundy, with ruffles and lace accessories. Relax and see the sights of St. Augustine from your private enclose porch. The private bathroom features a standard shower.

Moses Eaton’s Room
Featured in numerous magazines and in the National Trust for Historic Preservation Calendar, Moses Eaton’s Room is a study in pastels, with stenciled walls and floors, ceramic door knobs, and a queen size iron bed. The private bathroom features a deep-soaking claw foot tub and shower. A room from the past - just like in Grandma’s House!
