The Kenwood Bed & Breakfast Inn is located in a quiet section of the historic district of St. Augustine, Florida, near the water front, just steps away from historic attractions, museums, art galleries, restaurants and unique shops. One of the original Bed & Breakfasts in the St. Augustine, the inn has been receiving guests since 1886, offering the finest accommodations with a casual, elegant style.

From the moment you step through our door, you'll realize you have arrived at a very special place. All our guest rooms and suites are unique. They are furnished with period antiques, four poster beds and coordinating linens and towels. Each accommodation has a private bath, air conditioning and ceiling fans. We offer fourteen rooms and suites, each one individually decorated, all with private baths. All rooms have televisions, and none have telephones. Rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted midweek/weekends. Single and corporate rates are available midweek. Approved and inspected by AAA, Mobile, Superior Small Lodgings and Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns.

Complimentary use of the Inn's bicycles is a perfect way to tour the city, or perhaps bike to the ocean with its miles of white sandy beaches and view the lighthouse and lighthouse museum on your way. Return to the tranquility of our courtyard, complete with Koi Pond, or perhaps take a dip in the refreshing swimming pool. You'll enjoy many amenities such as an expanded continental breakfast each morning from 8:00 am to 10:00 am featuring all home baked items, assorted hot and cold cereals and fresh fruit served buffet style in our welcoming dining/living room. Or, for a private breakfast, you may take trays to your room or to the courtyard. In the afternoon, cookies, hot and cold beverages and sherry are served, as well as we have a daily wine hour.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 3:00pm and 10:00pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later, so we can plan on meeting you when you.
Check Out Policy:
Checkout time is 11:00am. We are happy to store your luggage and have you continue to keep your car in our lot.
Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change and it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $35 cancellation fee will apply. Reservations must be cancelled 7-days (14-days on holidays or when multiple rooms are reserved) prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit, if accommodation is not rented. Cancellations within 24-hours of arrival or within seven days of arrival on holidays are charged for the full stay if accommodation is not rented. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation.
Children: Children ages 8+
Well behaved attended children over the age of 8 are welcome. Because we love kids, some exceptions may apply based on occupancy and the time of the year. Please call.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night's tariff is required to guarantee a reservation of one to two nights and two night’s tariff for reservations of three or more nights. Cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, major credit cards and bank debit (ATM) cards are accepted.
Smoking: Outside
Due to historic restrictions and for the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building or on the balconies and porches. The courtyard has designated areas where smoking is allowed. A $250.00 cleaning surcharge will apply if evidence of smoking in the room.
