There is a 7 day cancellation policy (14 days for holidays). In the unlikely event that you must cancel within 7 (14) days, but at least 3 (6) days before your reservation, the balance of the first night deposit will be charged and a gift certificate will be issued for a future stay. Cancellations less than 3 (6) days before your reservation will be charged for the full stay unless the room can be rebooked. The full reservation will be charged for no notice of cancellation. Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation.
